In He has extensive experience of more than 35 years includes Solid R & D , External Alliance Management, Outsourcing, Benchmarking, Drug Delivery Systems assessment, Drug Product formulation, Dosage Form, Clinical Trials Supply Manufacturing, Scale-up and Technology Transfer. He has got extensive networks in the US, EU, India other parts of Asia including Japan and China. Completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics at the University of Minnesota. In February 2011, Mak was honored with an honorary D.Sc. degree from DYP Mumbai University, recommended by the President of India. He was presented with the “M.L. Khorana Memorial Lecture of the Year Award” at the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress in New Delhi, India, in 2001. Member of President Bush’s trade delegation to India in March 2006. Dr. Ajit Shetty Advisory Board Member, He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Janssen Pharmaceutical, a pharmaceutical company and subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Shetty also served as a member of the Corporate Center Group Operating Committee and Vice President, Enterprise Supply Chain for Johnson & Johnson of New Brunswick, New Jersey, in the United States. He received a B.A. degree in Natural Sciences and a PhD degree in Metallurgy from Trinity College at Cambridge University. Mr. Shetty is Board and council member of various pharmaceutical related organizations in US and Europe. He was elected Manager of the Year in 2004 in Flanders by the magazine Trends and the Flemish Management Association (VMA). In 2007, King Albert II of Belgium bestowed the title of Baron on Ajit Shetty for his exceptional merits. In 2008 he was conferred a Honorary doctorate by Manipal University. Daniel Fabricant, Ph.D. is President and CEO of the Natural Products Association (NPA), the nation’s largest and oldest trade organization representing the natural products industry, including dietary supplements, foods, personal care products and more. He is responsible for implementing board policy for the advancement and protection of the natural products industry, while overseeing every aspect of the association’s programs and activities. Most recently, Daniel Fabricant served as the Director of the Division of Dietary Supplement Programs at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he directed agency policy, public affairs and regulatory action regarding regulation of the dietary supplement industry for more than three years. While with the agency, he successfully navigated the large, heavily-matrixed governmental organizational structure to bring life to a regulatory function that was non-existent for almost 20 years. Prior to the FDA, Daniel Fabricant was vice president, global government and scientific affairs, for NPA, responsible for establishing and leading industry coalitions dealing with a range of legislative, regulatory and scientific matters. Daniel Fabricant carried his interest in natural products into the classroom, earning a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy since 2009. Pharmacognosy is the study of drugs derived from natural sources (plants and animals). Mr.Gopal KM, Post graduation in Biotechnology from University of Mysore, Gopal has extensive experience in Spirulina culture maintenance, commercial level cultivation, manufacturing operations, quality control. He has experienced in herbal, floral and essential oils, extraction and purification, extensive research experience in making commercial Nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical industrial products like trituration of vitamin D3, B12, green coffee, green tea and curcumins. In addition to Spirulina Gopal has experience in cultivation of other algae like Haematococous pluvilias, Dunaliella and Chlorella. He has worked with senior scientists.

Dr. Mallikarjun Gouda did his post-graduation Biochemistry from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga and PhD from PCBT, CFTRI, Mysore. Dr. Kavitha MD, is involved in culture maintenance in indoor, product development, and maintenance of certificates and records. She did her Ph.D. in biotechnology in CFTRI, Mysore, India. She has got research experience involved in scaling up of microalga culture in indoor and outdoor condition through optimization study, downstream processing and biochemical analysis of bioactive compounds from microalgae, isolated, purified and characterized proteins and peptides from microalga source and analyzed its atheroprotective activity in animal cell lines, conducted safety assessment of microalga biomass in animal model and worked as project assistant in two projects on genetic transformation and on biofuel using microalgae in CFTRI, Mysore, India.
